MACtac Medical face materials

We offer single and double coated foams, non woven and films for various applications in the medical segment. Our PSA systems are found in applications ranging from monitoring, pacing and defibrilation components to wound care, or IV hold down and surgical tapes.

The face material used are :

PE Foams are mainly used for diagnostic devices

Benefits : PE foams are soft, conformable, die cuts well

Non-Woven are mainly used for wound care & closure and IV holding

They are made of Polyester non-woven (white and flesh colored) and Nylon non-woven

Benefits : they are breathable, low profile, high porosity

  

Clear Films

They are made of  PE, PVC , PET film , PU

Benefits : they are breathable or unbreathable, fluid resistant.
They offer low profile, strength, clarity,
